Submit a STARFLEET Event

Below this paragraph, you’ll find the STARFLEET Event Submission form, specially designed for STARFLEET members to effortlessly submit details about events hosted by their chapter, region, auxiliary, or department. This form gathers essential information required for showcasing the event on the STARFLEET Member’s Hub Events page. To ensure inclusion, members are encouraged to submit their events at least a week before the scheduled date, with the flexibility to submit up to a year in advance.

Please Note:

All submitted events should involve STARFLEET as a whole, or your region or chapter, if you are posting a convention or meet-up it should be one that you are featured at with a chapter booth or presentation.  Before initiating the submission process, it’s advisable for members to review the form and organize their information systematically. In case of any changes or cancellations, members can revisit the form and select the appropriate option at the top to indicate alterations or cancellations. Completing the form again will ensure accurate and up-to-date event information.
