This challenge counts steps OR active minutes. You can turn in week by week or once at the end of each month. \nWhile many of our members choose to walk\, our department recognizes that this is not feasible for all members. Active minutes may be counted in lieu of steps\, such as wheelchair yoga\, physical therapy\, swimming\, or adaptive weightlifting sessions.
